This tool is designed to mimic the Project Life Cycle Game for PMBOK book, without needing all those annoying little scraps of paper.
Select items from the top "Pool" of processes. Click on the Take buttons above each column to move the item down. Select an item in one of the columns and click Put Back to move it back to the Pool. Use the Arrows (↑,↓) to order the processes for the Planning and Closing phases.
Click on the Score button to determine how many items are in the correct locations. This can be done before all items are placed but that would be cheating! Speaking of cheating, the ? button below each list lets you see where the selected item should go. Lastly, the Reset button re-shuffles all of the processes back into the pool.
